Product Description

VIVEFLOOR is a two-component epoxy paint suitable for concrete floors. It has excellent resistance to chemicals, solvents, refinery products and caustic liquids. It exhibits great hardness, strong adhesion and high resistance to mechanical wear. It is ideal for the painting of concrete floors of factories, warehouses, garages and generally of any surface exposed everyday to wear from abrasion and chemicals.

Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from poorly adhering material or paint in poor condition, dirt, oil and salt. New surfaces of concrete or cement mortar should be painted after a month of their construction. Surfaces already painted with single component paints must be completely cleaned with solvents or mechanical equipment, whilst two component paints or smooth surfaces must be well sanded. Dry sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes. Wet sanding/flatting should be used wherever possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used.

    Store between 5°C to 40°C.
