Product Description

Vivechrom’s TOP ACRYLIC is a top quality, ready to use acrylic plaster in paste form, with excellent adhesion and great ease of application. It can be used as a final protective and decorative coating on exterior and interior walls, such as concrete, plaster and ETICS (external thermal insulation composite systems). It is ideal for buildings’ facades and has excellent resistance to weather conditions and mechanical stress, and high resistance to UV radiation. It prevents mold and algae from appearing. It is certified with the CE mark according to the standard EN 15824:2017. It is part of Vivechrom’s external thermal insulation system THERMOPROTECT, which is certified with the CE mark according to the specifications of EAD 040083-00-0404. European Technical Assessment: ETA-21/0442.

Application Description

Stir TOP ACRYLIC plaster very well, using an electric stirrer. Apply it with a stainless-steel spatula or with a spraying machine, achieving a thickness proportional to its granulometry. Within 15 minutes and after it begins to dry, flatten it using a plastic
spatula. The application must be done at temperatures from 5°C to 35°C and relative
humidity less than 80%, without interruption in undivided continuous surfaces, wet on wet, to achieve a nice uniform result. Caution: Weather conditions play an important role in a quality result. Protect
surfaces from direct sunlight and air to prevent uneven drying. Do not apply in case of impending rain.

Do not empty into drains. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with all national regulations. Contains C(M)IT/MIT(3:1) and IPBC. May produce an allergic reaction. Warning! Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Surfaces must be flat and solid, clean and dry, free of loose materials, dust and oil. On new surfaces of plaster, concrete etc., you will first need to apply Vivechrom’s TOP BOND PRIMER which contributes to the better workability of the TOP ACRYLIC
    plaster. In thermal insulation systems: Apply TOP ACRYLIC plaster as a final coat on top of Vivechrom’s VIVEFLEX 200W fiber reinforced cement mortar, which should have been properly primed as follows:
    - For light plaster shades, priming with TOP BOND PRIMER is recommended,
    which will help the plaster to have even better workability
    - To achieve excellent coverage, in cases of application of dark shades and small
    plaster granulometry, eg. 1 mm, prime with the quartz primer STRONG GRIP
    PRIMER, tinted in the same shade as the plaster.
  • 2. Cleaning
    Remove as much material as possible from the tools before cleaning them. Clean the tools immediately after use with water and detergent solution.
  • 3. Storing
    It can be stored for 12 months from the date of production, in its original, closed and sealed packaging, in dry conditions, at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.
