Product Description

Vivechrom’s VIVEFIX PLUS Part B is an elastic emulsion additive to mortars, in cases where there are high requirements for elasticity and waterproofing. It improves the workability of cement mortar and increases its mechanical strength. It is an ideal additive to cement-based mortar VIVEFILX PLUS Part A, for the area that needs high water insulation of the external thermal insulation composite system THERMOPROTECT by Vivechrom.

Application Description

-For Vivechrom’s THERMOPROTECT ETICS system: Pour VIVEFIX PLUS Part B (7 lt) into a suitable container and mix it with VIVEFIX PLUS Part A (25 kg) while continuously stirring with an electric stirrer, at low speed for 3-5 minutes, until a homogeneous paste without lumps is created. The mixture is applied in 60-90 minutes, depending on the temperature conditions.
-In other applications, as a cement mortar admixture, add this emulsion to the water added to the mortar in a percentage from 30% to 100%.
Application & storage of the material at temperatures from +8°C to +35°C.

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Surfaces must be flat and firm, clean and dry, without loose materials, dust and oils. Before and after applying VIVEFLIX PLUS system (Parts A & B), the substrate should be saturated with water.
  • 2. Storing
    Application & storage of the material at temperatures from +8°C to +35°C.
