DULUX TRADE WEATHERSHIELD QUICK DRY EXTERIOR UNDERCOAT is pecifically formulated to be used with Weathershield top coats to provide longer lasting protection for exterior woodwork. Its water-based formulation is quick drying and offers great flexibility to help absorb the natural movement of wood. Provides 6 year all weather protection when used as part of the full Weathershield exterior paint system.

Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry) and free from all defective or poorly adhering material such as dirt, grease or wax.
    Thoroughly rub down previously painted surfaces, using ‘wet flatting’ methods where possible, then wipe off with a damp, lint free cloth.
  • 2. Storing
    Store between 5oC to 40oC.
