Product Description

ASTARI ALOUMINIOU & GALVANIZE is a special primer, with strong adhesion on non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and galvanized surfaces. It is also suitable for stainless steel and copper. It also provides antirust protection, dries quickly and features high elasticity and very good levelling properties.

Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Metallic surfaces must be dry and clean from grease, dirt and rust and be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper. Dry sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes. Wet sanding/flatting should be used wherever possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used.
  • 2. Storing
    Store between 5° το 40° C.
