Q. The Visualizer does not recognize my wall clearly, what can I do about that? A. Please use feedback functionality within the app’s “Connect with us” section.
Q. I’d like to include the ceiling as well, is that possible? A. If you are curious to find out how your ceiling would look like in a new colour, just point the Visualizer to your ceiling and select any colour you like! The possibilities are endless!
Q. How can I include different shapes or patterns with different colours? A. You can create straight lines on your wall with the masking tape option in the app. Just select the icon in the bottom left corner to create shapes on your wall. You can use three different colours in one visual. Let the creativity begin!
Q. How can I use different colours at the same time? A. You can add different colours by using the masking tape option in the app. Just select the icon in the bottom left corner to create a straight line on your wall. Then select a new colour to add to the taped part of your wall You can use three different colours in one visual.
Q. Where can I download the app? A. The Visualizer is available for a free download in the App Store and the Play Store.

Q. The app is not working on my Android device – why? A. There are several thousand different Android smartphones and tablets with varying specifications – some more sophisticated than others. Our Visualizer is using cutting edge technology and thus sets requirements for the hardware, needing e.g. good quality camera and sensors to provide positive user experience. Q. I would like to buy the paint to recolour my wall, where can I buy it? A. It is great to hear that the Visualizer inspired you to redecorate! Just enter your location in the store locator under the main menu in the app to find the nearest store. Happy decorating! Q. I used the Visualizer on a wall outside (garden, exterior wall, etc.) is the recommended paint also suitable to use outside? A. In the Visualizer you can select paint and colours from our different collections. Just check the paint specifics in the app to see on which materials the paint is suitable and to check out tips and tricks on how to best use your preferred paint.
